Currently I work on dog genetic diseases, so I love genetics and biology too and understand how work some specific diseases (such as cancers, dysplasia... and a lot of reccurent diseases in some dog breeds). I hope I will pass the veterinarian examination at the end of the school year! (I am really passionate).

I think I can talk of genetics and biology during hours Laughing

So, no problem if you think that you are rusty, I can help thumbs up

•Interests : dogs, all the time

•Hobbies : re-doing the garden after the dogs tear it up, sewing doggie items for charity or the shelter and I build model cars

•Some interesting facts about yourself : I am an Admistrative Assistant during the week. Dogs are my passion and have been my whole life. I started as a trainer, then had a pet sitting company for years, worked with vets and now on the weekends I volunteer at the local city kill shelter training and socializing the dogs hopefully making them more adoptable. Every other weekend we do off site adoption events and I transport the animals. I have started fostering recently but think it may not be the best thing for my group. Bully breeds are my thing so I try to stay current on BSL in the US and help people change their views.

I have 4 dogs: Emma Lou Lou, staffy ; Fritz Von Chompers (Piggy) pit mix ; Tulip, pit/shep mix and Bean some sort of small terrier/chihuahua mix. All adopted from kill shelters.

I am lucky to have a wonderful boyfriend who because of me has become a dog person and helps me out. He is quickly learning what life with dogs is all about. Like they say "Love me-Love my dog" or in my case dogs...... Smile

yes deffinently. I have a bunch and my Boyfriend is a tattoo artist for the past 20 years. The first one is him with Emma and the other two are when we adopted fritz...man he was small, but he's a small dude. I am planning on getting this coolio pit bull pulling the world on my forearm soon. Can't wait.
