Re: another car topic
Def very cool. I love looking at the old classic stuff but I think if I got a heap of money I'd buy something modern.

Re: another car topic
matty you dont want something modern becasue you see new cars everyday if i had £££££££££ then a super old good looking car it got to be!!
Re: another car topic
I've always loved AMG Mercedes and especially the Black Series, so I'd want something stupid and OTT like the C63. But I've only ever had white cars so I'd have to get it in white.

Re: another car topic
Lol I'd love that, I love the classics too, but I'd love something overly fast and stupidly impractical like that

Re: another car topic
There's ayoung lad and his Dad local to me who fully restored a Firebird, you'd love that

My Dad always had white cars and so have I, so I'll never have any other colour. I love AMG Mercedes, I'll def have one as my "next car"...I just maybe haven't got the money for the C63 Black .

boss has one in black, gorgeous noise, goes like stink, but too fast for everyday driving (much like the 911 turbo i was allowed to borrow for an hour last week )
i'd go for something classic with a twist.
Morgan plus 8 are astounding to drive, but i'd be happy in a v8 morris minor [/img]

Okay until you want to go around a corner and the mirrors start scraping the tarmac. Sounds great though a real muscle car.

Re: another car topic
my dream car is a 1967 mustang fastback in blue
id never be able to afford one or afford to run one if i could afford one :p
and just to rub salt in my wounds theres a car restoration place near where i work and one of the owners owns... yep... you guessed it... a '67 fastback in blue and occasionally drives it past my work.
*drool*
also, in relation to the new vs old argument...
personally no car manufacturer has made a car that ive liked after the late 80s
all samey and plastic and boring
until now!
enter the equus bass 770
(they havent released many pics so some of them are concept cgi sorta pics but they have made a few prototypes)
all the modern gubbins cunningly hidden beneath beautiful 60's/70's style muscle car looks

Re: another car topic
never been keen on black, white or silver cars.
infact most metallic colours arent to my taste. i prefer more retro, bright, non-metallic colours
always been pretty fussy about cars tbh
also not keen on the shelby body styling on that black mustang
looks too much like missiles launchers are about to pop put of it or its going to turn into a robot at any moment
bodykits are for new cars imo. flared arches, fatter wheels, and oldschool tuning is about as far as i'd go with a classic.
still much rather own it than most other cars though lol
