Irresponsible

Me & Katy were out for a long walk earlier, coming up through a field towards the gate I saw a dog off lead on the other side I called out to the owner that I would clip Katy on lead & she did the same (responsible owners). Both dogs were fine when they met. We continued on again off lead having fun. On our return towards home I spotted a lady in the same field with her dog off lead, I couldn't recognize the dog at 1st but when I did I immediately clipped Katy on. She saw me do this & eventually did the same. The dog is Marmite a basset cross thingy who has attacked a few dogs in the village & bitten a friend!!!!!! She has been told by the police that he should be muzzled at all times when out, I've seen her & her daughters walking him & they have been carrying his muzzle (like that will help)  She has also been told if he attacks again he will be pts. Obviously she doesn't care that much. I cant understand these people putting other dogs at risk & their own   Sorry rant over

Some people just don't use the brain they were born with. 

 Obviously doesn't take the safety of her own dog seriously, let alone the safety of other dogs and people. What an absolute cow.

Maybe I will see if I can catch our village bobby & have a quiet word. I'm just glad I realised it was him in time. He tries to get at our new neighbours collies through their fence
