irresponsible dog owner

I was on my usual dog walk yesterday, and we seen a jack russell called daisy who we have met a good few times before, we know her brother also, she was on her own with no owner they had let her out of the back gate to roam, we didnt even realise she was there until she went over to ruby who was playing with her a few weeks back they where great together, then all of a sudden daisy starts going for ruby, so I run over and my OH takes daisy back to her house which was literally 10-20 metres away and he told the owner who was very apoligestic and ruby had no open wounds, but I just thought why would you let your dog out on its own!!!

That does seem quite irresponsible

They live in a coldy sack which goes on to the dog walk so theres fields and trees and a walk way next to there house but imagine if it had gone for someones dog who would of retaliated and really hurt it or it would of hurt someones dog

Idiots!
