chicken, noodle and veg stir fry

this was for the family and they wanted oil in it so probably not the healthiest meal to have

got thumbs up from my wee father and he does like his stir frys

6 garlic
1 red pepper
2 large carrots
2 celery
1 onion
2 chicken breasts

3 tablespoon of soy
3 tablespoon of oyster
2 teaspoon of ginger
3 teaspoon of smoked paprika
2 teaspoon of chinesee 5 spice
and pinch of salt

my was nice i cook my chicken in the oven to remove any extra fat, add 1/4 cup of water to cook the veg then added the spice, soy and oyster the added the chicken back in the pan
