Romeo's going stir crazy
poor romeo. since he has, what we might think to be a busted knee, i havent walked him all weak. we go outside for about 10mins so he can do him bathroom things and then we go back in.... he's actually starting to go a little crazy i think. i cant wait to see this vet and know if i can play and walk with him again since i'm gaining waaay to much weight now

yeah and i feel so bad for him because he just sits and looks at the door and then back at me, he wants to go out but i only take him for peeing. and then he will want to play with a toy and bring me one but i cant because he gets so over active when we play. i have given him chewing bones.... but he is losing interest... never thought i'd see that day

It's not easy keeping their minds occupied when you cannot go outside with them. Are you able to play some games in the home with him? Try hiding some of his toys around the room for him to find, this will make him use his brain which can be a tiring as physical exercise.
Do you have an old blanket that you could hide some treats in for him to find ??
Sending big hugs your way to you both >< >< ><

Mental stimulation will help. Spend the time you would walk be walking him teaching him new tricks or searching for treats.

Re: Romeo's going stir crazy
the thing i have been doing is putting treats under a handle-less coffee cup and putting it on the floor. i have no carpet in my apartment, just a ew rugs, so he skitters them across the floor. he cant pick it with his mouth so he spends time trying to know it with his nose and paw. The problem is... he get SO INTO IT and does it at 100kph hahah
Re: Romeo's going stir crazy
