chicken stir fry today

what i'm going to do is cook the chicken in the own get rid any extra fat then chop it up the warm it up when the veg is done

what i'm thinking is

red pepper - slice
red chill - slice
red onion - slice
half carrot - slice
1 garlic clove crush and finely chopped
soya sauce
oyster sauce

That does look really good Steve, I can't believe you are still single and being able to cook like this, what is wrong with the young ladies around your way.

Couldn't do the peppers but love the mix up with the chips ............. nice touch

In defence of females - not all females think of money and nothing else.

Some of us earn our own money.

And some of us value a partner who cares, shares (even the housework), is kind and loyal - and if they can cook the occasional meal as pictured above, that is an added bonus!

my main problem i got huge trust issue after an number things happen in my life and the small thing can be blow up... i cant help it
