steve stir fry
i dont know if anybody make this so i'm going class it as my becasue i dont use any oil & i dont want to add water i do like an some type of a paste
3 fresh tomates
4 garlic
large bit of ginger
4 spring onions
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 chineese 5 spice
1/4 black paper
juice of half a lemon
all blended to look like this
there far much juice in this so let it cook down for about 6/7mins, then add your veg i added cabbage, carrot, red pepper and a red onion
cook for another 5/6mins you dont want to over cook your veg you want a bit of crunch to it then add your rise
cook again for couple you just want to warm up your rise

Wow, slinky hips Steve now then , why not add some mushrooms too, see Janey she may have some by now, I love mushrooms

Just remembered I did a stir fry the other day and added some strawberry jam, stroke of genius

i love cheese far to much i blame my size on cheese sandwichs, cheese on bacon, hamburgers, chilli i could live off it but enough is enough it banned in this household lmao

Its just soil in tray Stevo, I managed to grow 1 and that was my aim (well I would have liked to grow more but hey lol!)
