unusual bad behaviour
Katy our 17month old bitch is usallyeally well behaved. Even when she was very young she never chewed anything or did anything at all naughty. When i got up this morning she had pulled the kitchen bin over and chewed all the rubbish. At the weekend she had got hold of a comb and one of my bras and chewed them up. This it totally out of character for her. Has anybody got any idea what could be causing her recend bad behaviour?

Hi, welcome to the forum. Please come and introduce yourself here...

Has she been spayed? If not, she may be due to come into season. That will often upset them & they'll do things out of character.
If she has been spayed, then I'd say something has either upset her routines (loud noises, sudden scares etc) or she's not feeling very well.
Is she still her same old self? Is she eating/drinking ok - no upset stomachs etc?

Ahhh i never even gave that a thought she hasn't had a season in a while. She is drinking and eating as normal nouthing has changed apart from my children have gone back to school after the school holidays and they are very close to Katy, but she was only naughty when we were in bed. I might soung crazy but I'm 6 months pregnant you don't think she could sense that could she?
Thankyou

1. kids gone back to school
2. season due
3. pregnancy
Could be any or all of them! If that's the case, it should all settle back to normal soon!
