Ah - first time she's seen cows? Must have been mind-blowing for her!

And they're such inquisitive creatures too, come up all blowing through their noses!

 I would probably try to avoid them if I could if spotted soon enough.

A little sniff through the fence is ok, but I wouldn't advise closer contact. I love cows, but they can be spooked easily by dogs & can trample in self defense - could mean serious injury for dog and owner!

She was on the lead and sitting on a ditch. Jst showing here them and keep her away from livestock when off the lead.

We do the same with Dempsey - with sheep as well. It's a good way of teaching them to be calm around farm animals. 

Moll knows not to go near cows, instinctively it seems. There is a field we walk in near by with cows and tech she can go in but for some reason avoids it!
