2 staffies kept in a cage for 22 hours a day

this is a hearbreaking article i found on daily mail.
i shed a tear and immediately went to give iggy a big hug after reading this.

That's awful those poor pooches

That is very shocking, why were the owners not put in prison

Prison's too good for them Kathy , hand them over to us lot I can personally guarantee they wouldn't be able to do it again

Prison's good, as long as the cell (one for both of them) is the same size as the poor dogs' one. I'd say for two years, but I think dog years would be better.  

18 weeks imprisonment - that is an abomination. Why a suspended sentence??

My god that is horrendous, I'm so upset and angry. No prison, that is totally discraseful too, I can't believe it, I would have looked them in a cage like that for the rest of their lives.

Appalling, poor dogs why do we live in such a barbaric world!!

I saw the pic on fb too,if anyone wants to see it you can see it if you google Warrington Animal Welfare or look at their page on your own fb. There is also a video on youtube and you can see them at the beach

Why not have them rehomed if they didn't want them?!!! It's almost like they wanted them to suffer. Scum. And what is even more sickening is that she had two other dogs that were treated well! It beggars belief, it really does.

I didn't have a choice when I met them, I didn't take them due to their bleak future or poor condition it was the fact the pair of them was so loving and pleased to meet everyone. I will create a folder of photos showing them there progress and post a link soon.

bless them, despite the horrors they had endured their true Staffy lovingness still shone through.

I'm not ashamed to say that I did have a little cry when I saw these pictures, having a very happy little cry now though, my goodness they look so different now because of all your love and attention.
