Rocky is Poorly with Kennel Cough
Have been awake all night with Rocky, poor little lamb has picked up kennel cough from somewhere. Just got back from the vets with him he is now sleeping in his crate, he must feel cooler in there.
He started coughing late yesterday evening and was coughing most of the night. The vet said straight away that it was kennel cough which is what I guessed it was. Just have to try to keep him quiet for about a week, that'll be fun. Hubby has popped out to get him some soft food, Natures Diet should be OK for a few days.
I'm sure he will be fine in a week, lots of hugs for Rocky.

Oh bless him, have they given him anything for it? Usually give my lot a week of ronaxan, clears it up pretty quickly

Yes Dave the vet gave us rimadyl and tribrissen for him. He is a bit better today not coughting quite so much, his throat is a little swollen still though. I think we caught it in time before it took hold too bad.
