Lamb neck
Just wondering if anybody's fed lamb neck before? Just popped to the butchers and that's what they gave me. Frankie hasn't had it before so just wondering if anybody has any experience?

Re: Lamb neck
Diesel has had it before and tbh he was not interested in it one bit due to not much meat being accessible to him with ease. ribs on the other hand is a total different story.

Re: Lamb neck
I'm guessing that you feed them raw, sorry I'm not a raw feeder myself but we do have members that are. Hopefully they will be along soon.

Re: Lamb neck
The butcher chopped it in half. He had half for dinner and loved it.

Re: Lamb neck
Lamb necks are great to feed your dog as they are not a weight bearing bone! Sure Frankie will enjoy it

Re: Lamb neck
He loved it!!! He's got the other half tonight. He just loves bones and things. And it keeps him quiet for a few minutes!

Re: Lamb neck
Yup, pretty much all type of raw lamb bones are great according to Wrigley! He's lucky we have our own sheep. I just make sure to cut as much fat off as I can (not that there is any on the neck though). Might dig him out one tonight!

Re: Lamb neck
Glad to hear he enjoyed his lamb neck
Chiquito rather enjoys lamb, however necks are hard to come by hear so he has to make do with turkey ones most of the time.
