What info do you put on your dogs tags?

As per title, What info do you put on your dogs tags?

For us we have put mine and the wifes mobile numbers and the landline, on the other side we have put the first line of our address and post code and "I AM CHIPPED"

We avoided putting Roxy's name as I have always been told it is a bad idea to put a dogs name on a tag as it is easier for someone to befriend a dog if they know their name.

I have frankies name and then contact numbers. I need to get a new one though as its had better days!
I'm a bit cautious about putting my address as it could make it easy for someone to change microchip paperwork if frankie was stolen. But then on the other hand it could make it easier to be reunited if he got lost as people would know where to take him.

We've just put my mobile number. Like you, I didn't want to put their names on. Wish I'd put the postcode on and 'I am chipped'. I'll have to get some more made now  

Frankie also has a purple thing that loops on his collar that says I'm chipped, it came with the microchip paperwork.

I do not think they would be able to change the chip details, I would like to think they would need more info than my address and phone number to do that.

I think up here were there have been many bull breeds seized as type' weare being advised to put address, postcode, I'm chipped, and home and mobile number.

Shéara's just got our postcode and contact number on his, he's got his chip tag on his collar too (the green one)

I've got my surname and mobile and my mums land line, should of put I am chipped too, that's a good idea.

i have LEXI and my dads phone number.

Only phone numbers on Rolo's disc, my mobile, my partners mobile and my parents home phone number . He also wears a council registered disc, that ensures that if the dog warden picks him up I get him back with no kenneling charges, it's a really good scheme. He is microchipped, but managed to lose that tag.

Chiquito and my mobile number (was a little unsure of placing his name on there, but in all honesty, I don't think it would matter what someone called him he would go with them anyway).

He also wears a coloured council registration tag (which has a number on it) and has a tattoo.

He is chipped, but it is compulsory to chip all pups here so he doesn't wear anything to say he is done

Personally I wouldn't put my dogs name on. I have my surname, postcode and contact number, she has a separate tag which means she is chipped Xx

No name just 2 mobile numbers and "I am chipped" 

From the kennel club website: The Control of Dogs Order 1992 mandates that any dog in a public place must wear a collar with the name and address of the owner engraved or written on it, or engraved on a tag. Your postcode is optional (but we would strongly advise that you include it), and your telephone number is also optional (but advisable)

We had to have a tag that complied for the bronze citizen course they were happy with postcode and house number, my surname and phone number. I also have 'help I'm chipped' and his pet log number on the back

I have just had a rethink about Roxys tags, Whilst out on here evening walk tonight a scally payed her some attention and whilst doing so he could have noticed our address on her tag.

I am going to order another without the address details on.

My name, my mobile no and my first line addy plus post code. all thats required by law. both have a seperate "I'm chipped" tag as well which is good as they jingle and i can tell where they are lol

I have on Kuchar's tag is what I was told was required by law:

My surname
My address
My postcode
My telephone number

He is also chipped but that is not noted on his tag.

Herbie has my oh mobile number on one side & please scan me on the other xx

I use a bullet/barrel with the info stored inside it on paper.
Clips to the collar like a regular tag.
Don't fancy waving my address round.
