Jogging with my puppy

Hi everyone, would appreciate if anyone could give some advice on starting jogging with my staffie, she's 17 weeks old and was wondering what age would b good to start taking her out jogging with me? Obviously I won't b going far to start with but would like to get her used to it whilst she is still young!! Any advice appreciated :-)

I would not be starting until at least over a year old 18months more so. It's quite strenuous work and you don't want to harm her joints which can lead to arthritis

As Hayley said it best to wait until they've finished growing so you don't damage the joints

Most definitely agree with the comments above, you should wait until she has finished growing to avoid serious permanent damage to her joints.

Thanks for the info guys, I really wasn't sure as have read contradicting info, some say start young and some say wait, I will wait, she's a lazy puppy anyway loves her bed ;-)
