This poor family must be going through hell i couldnt even imagine what id do if it were kaiser

I've been following it on fb for ages, really sad story, they where in court today I believe

Yeah they were and the judge ordered him to be pts although they are appealing what gets me though his brother was dna tested through a hair sample and proven to have no pbt in him but they aint allowed to use this in court they couldnt use him because they dont know where he is

Poor boy. All this time in a stinking hole of a kennel. They should all be ashamed of themselves & let the dog go.

But I somehow don't think they will.

Its been going on for months now, the poor dog will now need rehabilition if they ever do release him. They will win now either way.

So sad and unjust

I know really sad been stuck in that concrete hole for 11 months probably not walked either and probably damn right depressed

You have to ask whats fairer.

Why these cases need to be like this, its just held there as evidence of nothing.

I know he shouldnt really be there in the first place he wasnt a threat to anybody and had good responsible owners who did everything what was asked of them for the council to come and take him away its a joke

thats awful i've signed the petition and following it on facebook, the council should be very ashamed of themselves!
