Is she a staffy?

First topic message reminder :
Firstly let me say if she is not then it will not matter to us as she is already part of the family.
We bought Roxy at 8 weeks, she came without papers but we did see the mum and dad, we have had eating issue with her and judging by her weight she is well under the weight of a staffy pup standard weight for her age, about 40% under.
I know it is hard to say at such a young age but here is a pic of her at 10 weeks.

I would say looks like a Staffy but I'm truly not an expert - I'm very much a novice - But something I do know... SHE'S BLINKING CUTE!!
