My fella is terrified of water which makes shower time a 3 man job, they also really upset him. So now I just wash him with wet wipes daily which is a lot better for him because the showers seem to scar him for days. I haven't given him a shower in about a year now so he does have quite a pong of dog but the wipes keep him from smelling bad.

Taryn, If you think that Romeos breath is bad maybe he needs to see the vet, this can be a sign of something wrong with his intestines as well as just bad breath which may be a dental issue.

Oswald gets called stinky mostly nowadays lol. He really does pong poor boy but I am not sure if it is just because I have never had a dog and I am just sensitive to the smell or if he really is a smelly dog. It is bad enough that my 4yr old smells like him if they are rolling on the floor together which is often. It's not an alarming smell nothing to make me think he is sick or anything just really doggy.
