time to give blood again

for the lad anyway now we can give blood 4 time a year

i'm doing my deed on the 13th of march

i hope you all doing the same! this will be my 7th time i have gave blood

I can't give again until April or May. Just glad they will accept mine again.

Once my course is finished (Easter! Woo!) I'm going to see about giving blood. Not sure if I'll be able to, but I hope so!

if you not taking any meds and eat plenty foods that are rich in iron you should be fine

I've never done it before if I'm honest. Really gonna havta chip in if I'm allowed.

I've had low iron in the past. That's why I'd need to check with them first. Still going to give it a try, though!

had to cancel our last sessions we both had a bad cold going again 7th March

I used to give blood but have not been allowed for many years due to the medication I need to take now, which is understandable. I'm just glad that I did donate blood for the few years when I could.

I am Rhesus Negative, and my first baby was Rh Positive. I am so grateful to whoever gave the blood to allow me to have an anti-D injection after the birth of my first baby, so that my second baby was not born with serious problems.
