Re: barking at night
What about moving her bed into your room? Or maybe introduce her to a crate?
When you're out does she have plenty of toys/safe chews to keep her occupied, and do you give her a walk before you go out so that she's nice & tired?

Re: barking at night
You are not being consistent. If you want her to sleep alone you will have to just let her whinge, if you're okay with her in your bedroom you can try it but i think she will whinge until shes on the bed. That is the best place after all. So i'm afraid there is not many options. You need to decide what is best for you and stick to it.

Re: barking at night
You will have to leave her alone at night and not go to her when she whines. A blanket over the crate and a radio left on will help. You could also move the crate closer to your room.
For whinning when you are out try not making a big deal out of leaving and than leave for 5-10 minutes multiple times during the day to help her get used to it and build up form there
