i can smell spring

whooohoooooooooooo the last few days have been really lovly i hope it carrying now it's a shame i haven't been on my bike for week it's perfect bike riding weather

Last few days ahve been good here, but today we've had freezing fog! But the crocus's & daffodils are starting to come up now & the snowdrops have been around for a couple of weeks!

I love spring it means that summer is around the corner. It will be our first year with Billy and looking forward to going out more with him as the days will be lighter and longer. By the way anyone one what happens to the clocks - forward or back and when.

we've been getting frosty mornings up here ,,, but i noticed the walk this morning , flowers starting to grow prob daffys or snow drops ( ant not titchmarsh) lol so smelling spring aswell

i love this time of year!!

me too , trout fishing season just round the corner , weathers on the up , means country park time for the dogs again and tarka oooppps shady can get back in the water .

i think i'm going do a few pub crawls this year me thinks

They go forward & it's usually the last sunday in March. I think.

We had ice this morning but it was bright and the flowers are starting to bloom

no not too early for me. when I have my first fag in the morning they are so loud. There is a nature reserve behind us and there are loads all competing against each other

spring still means crappy weather here its just not fair just once i'd like to go with the dogs and not sink upto my ankle in mud or get wet in general.

I know what you mean, I used to live in mid wales. You've not seen rain till you've seen it in Wales!

There was spring in the air around here a couple of weeks ago.. Nice and sunny and the smell of spring in the air. Then this weekend we got loads of new snow and it's been really, really cold. Brr..

But - I know it's coming! And I've got about 20 chili seedlings growing on my kitchen counter to prove me right.

I can't wait!! Will be able to go out without four layers on and freezing hands! Long walks in the fields and pub gardens to finish!! Come on summer!!

There are certain walks I do that envolve around a pub lunch and cause she isn't allowed inside I can only do them in summer!! I for one can't wait, and the evenings are slowly drawing out!!

Sid loved his first pub visits the other day! They should be alowed in them all!
