Have you taken her to the vet to have any tests done ?? Sounds like an allergy to something, could be her food or grass.

You dont really need to bath her unless it is really necessary ie: caked in mud. Frequent bathing can cause the skin and hair to loose its natural oils which can cause an irritation.

Agreed - a vets trip sounds ideal. It may be an allergy, or it may be an inherited skin condition. Either way, if she's scratching that much, she needs some sort of treatment. Otherwise, she may get infections.

Have you used any shampoo (leave in or rinse out), dog wipes, etc on her?

Agree with all the above. If she's making herself sore then she should go to the vets. There are several things it could be!
