it would be a bad idea if you were going to live in it but not such a bad idea if you were building up a property portfolio.
a couple of my friends have done this and it works on the rental income
both are married and there property's are with a letting agent

I think its summut done in desperation by most to get on the ladder, but rarely works for long doh

I started a business with my best mate yrs ago, we were really close, and had such a laugh together Big Grin ... but after a couple of yrs, and work got a bit thin, the cracks soon started to show doh .. and I decided to let him buy me out Straight Face (it folded 3mths later Laughing )
