Sleep pattern Empty Sleep pattern

I use to go to sleep at about 1am and could easily sleep to 10 am! Now I go to sleep at any time and I can't sleep past 6am! This means I'm tired all day and ready for bed gain at like 3 pm lol

difficult if you work nights then days. when you work days try and stick to a routine. It may help. Smile

Try to stay awake as long as possible, preferably late evening/night. Actually, it might take a couple of days, but then you'll be sleeping slightly later each time until you're waking up in the morning.

couple of days!! lol

I should be okay for this week, im going out tomorrow so need to be up and about and won't be back until later. Monday im working 8-9 so that will wear me out! wednesday the same
