Can't sleep!!!

I've been in bed for 4 hours and can't sleep

I hate not being able to sleep, the more I keep thinking that I can't get to sleep the worse it is. Hot chocolate before bed usually works for me now.

That's exactly what I was doing Kathy kept saying is I go to sleep now ill have so many hours sleep before Molly gets up for school I eventually fell asleep about 5:30am xx

Do you have any oils to put on your pillow, this may help too ? My hubby uses a blend of some lavendar, bergamot and something else I cannot remember now.
