Not keen on walkies!
Poppy is 16 weeks old now and i've been taking her out walks for nearly a month yet she still isn't keen.....especially if its raining, and particularly if its windy! Don't get me wrong when she gets off lead down the park she loves a good run about but its not always possible because its quite a busy dog walking spot and unfortunately around here theres quite a few other dogs that are aggresive...(yet their owners still insist on letting them off lead around other dogs ).
Oops went away on a tangent there! When on lead she'll walk so far then try jumping up the back of my legs to get lifted or she also just sits down and starts whining!
Really hoping she grows out of this because i'm actually really looking forward to the warmer weather coming in as theres so many nice places near where i live for taking her lovely walks

oh ok i was just wondering.. This is odd although she probably hasn't experienced any nice weather at all yet has she lol? Ramsey hates wind and rain but he's used to it now but at first would have to be dragged a little.

Well i do live in the East of Scotland so no she hasn't seem much nice weather as of yet.....she also better get used to the wind and rain because we get that a lot more than sun.....even in the summer!

I had the same problem, I just took my phone out with me and completley ignored him when he was acting up... I once stood there for about tem minutes while he tried to get his own way. He soon learned.

Tilly is the same - great off the lead but challenging on the lead. She likes to stop and watch people, let them walk past, try and get some fuss and follow them lol. I'm hoping it's just a phase too as hoping to use dog walks to help get fit!
