Pitbull puppy dragged behind lorry

Just seen article on yahoo about pitbull puppy tied to back of lorry and draged for a mile,there are some right B*****ds out there.Dont know how to upload article ,puppy survived ,but what a mess

Thats terrible some people are right B******s in fact cruelty is getting more rife all the time. Hope whoever did it gets punished
