Doggy smell in the house.
Ok. I 've got this problem, well actually 4 of them. Debo's feet smell really bad. To that point that when I'm back from work the only thing I can smell in the living room is his paws. Now is even worst, because is colder outside ,we close living room door. I open windows every day, hoover every saturday. Use one of those plug-ins things, got some carpet deo in foams.... And it still smell bad. Help please ,do you use anything does work long term. Oh,and I do wash Debo now and then .

Try giving his paws a wipe when you come in from walks, sometimes they can do a wee on their feet and this can smell pretty bad

Re: Doggy smell in the house.
Is it like a corn chip smell or something yuckier would you say? Just wondering because although dogs perspire through their feet and it can smell like gone off doritos a stronger smell can indicate a fungal infection - although this obviously may not be the case as those paws can whiff a bit after a good walk

Kathy you're gross If 1 of mine were to pee on their feet then the other would lick it off

Re: Doggy smell in the house.
I think if it's just the sweaty smell try as Kathy says wiping them when you get in from walks and see how you go. If they look nice and healthy and he isn't nibbling at them or showing any other signs then it's just a smell problem not medical. Dex's whiff too

Biscuit's feet smell like wotsits but it's very mild and only if you sniff right close to her feet (which yes, I have done lol) but if it's pretty potent you might want to get it checked out?

Tommy has just let me check out his feet and guess what they smell of ...................................................Tommy
Seriously though we don't have an odour problem or they wouldn't be sleeping on our beds (well apart from THAT odour problem )

You're all bonkers lmao !
Diesel n Tanks feet dont smell... Wonder if it could be like a yeast growth/infection between his toes?
You could try some tea tree essential oil on a cotton bud and rub it between his toes, do it when he's sleepy tho x

You sure its Debo and not your man , we do have a habit of not washing etc and leaving an ododur behind but I thought that's why you love us all so much , my wife always says it (and has a big party to say goodby to me when I leave for a few days)
