Not all butchers sell them. You might have to ask around a bit!

yea i know i know a butchers who does but I'm going to my local butchers first to see if they do them

Yes, the meat's a bit tough for roasting etc - but done slowly as a stew or casserole & it should be good.

When i asked my butchers if they sold rabbits they started at £9 for a small one. Mine i buy for £1 each a large rabbit now, otherwise i couldn't afford to get them

yea cheap meat!! we just spend £8 on a extra large chicken i said we should get 2 rabbits

That's what i thought! but thats the only butchers that sells rabbit, let's just say i didn't buy any!
