I was just wondering if someone could tell me when ish a pup should stop mouthing and biting? Milo (15/16 weeks) is still biting hands quite alot especially when over excited or being stroked/ played with by less familiar people!! cheers for your help

They are all different but they are also normally quick learners. Consistency from everyone the pup is around is key. Everyone will have to do the same thing every time so the pup doesn't get confused.

Been soooo long since I had a pup, but have a look at the link and training is key, yes they do get better but you do get sick of your own voice training the little blighters, or biters

Loki still bites but he's a lot better than he used to be, so I'd say yes, thankfully it does stop with patience and effort

Yes, it does stop, but when depends on what you (& everyone else around you) does to stop it.
What are you doing at the moment?

our Dusty (12 weeks) was very nippy and we found that if we ignored her she will stop this. now she seldom does it and if she does we stop petting her, say no. Perseverance is the key

Zeus is nearly 30 weeks old and he still does it occasionally. Everyone at home does the same thing, he knows he shouldn't do it but he still tests the water sometimes. I think a large part of it is down to him still teething though.
