Sorry couldnt follow the second part of your post? Is he drinking?
Worming tablets should not do this though what age is he? What did you use to worm him?

Re: Dog being sick and vomiting
The worming tablets shouldn't have that effect. If your pup is still drinking normally and seems otherwise okay you could try skipping a meal to help settle his stomach. If he is keeps vomiting I would see a vet.

I wouldn't worry too much to begin with. Make sure he is drinking, as he will be in danger of dehydration. How old is he? If he is still a young pup, try skipping one meal and then giving him something bland to start with afterwards, like cooked plain chicken breast and rice. If he is an older dog, and seems to have a very upset stomach, you could starve him for 12 hours (making sure he is drinking), and then try the chicken and rice.
It might just be a one-off, in which case just continue as you are, but if he is sick/diarrhea again, try the skipping a meal/12 hour starving.

Re: Dog being sick and vomiting
At 12 weeks the most important thing is to keep his fluids up. Pups often get upset stomachs and they usually get over it pretty quickly. If he still poorly in the morning, don't give him any breakfast, and for the next meal, just give him something like plain cooked chicken, cooked rice or scrambled egg. That should help. If he still like it after trying that, take him to the vet.

To get some fluids in him if he won't drink much u could roughly crush some ice for him, pups often like to lick ice and play with it x
