Re: Ear problem,any tips please
I assume you mean the shape & carriage of the right ear? If so, I wouldn't worry too much at the moment. If your dog's 4 months old, then he's probably still teething. The ears go up & down a lot during this time. It could well right itself once teething has stopped.

Re: Ear problem,any tips please
I wouldn't worry about it to be honest. It's natural at that age and will correct itself.

Re: Ear problem,any tips please
You could try massaging the base of the ear, but I don't think it'll make any difference. Ears are notorious for being all over the place until they're about 7 or 8 months old (and even then they might not be the final shape).
It's get its proper carriage soon enough.

Re: Ear problem,any tips please
Gently massage from the bottom of the ear & out towards the tip, easing the ear into its correct shape. It may or may not work.
Is he completely over the infection? If not, you should wait until he is because you could make his ear very sore.

Re: Ear problem,any tips please
By all means give it a try, but massaging won't always make a difference. Nature has a way of taking her own time!
