Dry skin on my blue staff's head (he's 6months old)
My blue staff has dry patches on his head, also just above his tail on his back any ideas what i can use or give him.

iv also had this blue staffs are more prone with whites to wet dermise on there heads it can easily be cleared up with a short course of cream from the vets
and the patch on the tail is a gland that all staffys have but is more noticable withn there couler

I've always sworn by sudocrem, it works miracles, just keep an eye that it doesn't get worse or is irritating him at all.

the one in the middle of the head is a gland as well if i remember correctly they have five glands in all

Could also be demodex. All pups are born with some of the demodex mite, and sometimes they can build up a bit & cause a little bald patch which looks a bit dry. If it isn't inflamed. irritated or getting bigger, don't worry. Otherwise see the vet & he'll give you some cream for it.
