Fleas!!
Hello all!
Hope you all had a lovely easter weekend!
Since Lola has had her flea collar removed (due to hair loss!) she was ok up till yesterday and she has been scratching like mad!! All by her ribs and nibbling her thigh and feet so I'm assuming its fleas.
Went to the vet and got some frontline to use but was wondering if I should bath her first??
Also do I have to WASH/CLEAN EVERYTHING now??
Her bedding is currently washing due to her being in season wanted to freshen everything bloddy up but do I have to disenfect everywhere she has been??

Re: Fleas!!
Before putting chemicals on her i would give her a water bath and see if any fleas come off just to make sure, about washing everything wait until you know for sure first and if so, buy some tea tree oil dilute it and spray it around places she has been and on bedding etc that'll kill the flea's.

Re: Fleas!!
You could also buy a cheap nit comb from the chemist & run it through the hair around her neck & tail. That's where fleas like to congregate.
I'm always loath to use chemicals if they're not needed.

Does it not make their breath smell?!
probably better than it usually does if trying it why not try dried garlic mixed in with food, less bad breath then
