When is the right time for RAW?

hi Everyone...
My almost 9 weeks puppy (Polly) is eating randomly dry food... canned food or semi wet food.
I would like to start feeding her RAW because I am against processed food you get in tins etc....
Whatever the best product and whatever the price, I believe dogs have survived all their lives with nothing more than Meat and bones... right?
1) What is the right age for the pup to eat raw?
2) What should I get her?
3) Which quantity? (with packages is easy because you can weigh them and have guidelines on the back) ...
Opinions?

Also.. Can I buy her Pig ears to chew? or is it too early for her gums?

Please let me know what you think as I value a lot your expertise!

you can start feeding raw now, alot wean pups on to raw and so they never have any commerical food.
