collar?
hi peeps took chester training last night my 1st time (my partner usually takes him) and trainer suggested a lemon spray collar he is really aggro to the other pups and she gave me a bottle with stones to shake at him which worked really well but if im out with willow and chester i dont want to scare willow with stones does anyone know much about these collars?

Re: collar?
never heard of them, just googled them and they are very expensive, apparently when the dog barks they spray lemon which dogs dont like. I am sure there must be a cheaper way. Someone will be along soon who will know more.

Re: collar?
I personally wouldn't use one. Could you take Chester out on his own to do a bit of training? Xx

Re: collar?
Never heard of a lemon spray collar, but we do sell citronella spray collars at the shop I work at. I have heard good things about them, but I don't have any personal experience with them.

Re: collar?
that sound similar the citron bit, they are expensive on line though think of all the chew toys and treats i could get my babies instead! have taken my water spray out today but with both dogs and its working a treat with chester but willow is abit scared of it bless her.

Re: collar?
Hey guys Just nosing through your posts. Do you think a stone shaker or water spray will help a 3 yr old staffy x?
Shes a rescue had her for 3 weeks now & is a littl too confident when it comes to over dogs & will try to fight them if shes given the chance.
Thanks x

We use both of these and have gotten good results. We still use the water spray on walks to keep Suki from eating things

Re: collar?
I bought her a squeaky toy yesterday - Didnt show it to her then hid it in my pocket when we went for a walk hhhoping to get her attention with a squeak when i needed it.
Didnt work
although come 11pm last night she loved her toy & the squeak lol
Water doesnt phase her either - She stood in the shower for 1-0 minutes & didnt batter an eyelid yesterday.
