It was THE BEST car I've ever had, and I would 110% have one again for its reliability. It was a 1.8 and nothing EVER went wrong in it. Only basics like break pads and tyres. It's a beautiful looking car as well. I had it 3 years, had to get rid though as the mileage clocked up to 122k and I travel 100miles a day .. saying that, I didn't really have to get rid of it, it could have done at least another 100k miles I think ! I remember the day I said to my pal 'I'm gonna have one of them one day' ... I loved it from the day I bught it to the day I got rid, it was my pride and joy ! I miss it dearly ! But I needed something faster and it had to be diesal so I got the Golf

I can't drive. I've never even had a driving lesson.
I'd rather have a horse but I don't have that either lol.

Re: what do you drive
Boring old 2009 Diesel Mondeo Estate for me , but I don't have to pay for it so don't mind, if it was my choice being sensible it would have to be a disco, and if I got stupid then it could only ever be an Aston

Ours is a Honda Civic, 11 years old. I don't drive but I had lessons a few years ago. I stopped after a large wooden post jumped in front of my car. Twice.

Off topic a bit I know, but I went to my climbing partners wedding a few yrs back in a Welsh castle , and one of the guests on our table worked at the BBC, and she knew "the Stig" well , and Richard Hammond etc .. (bit of a name dropper TBH) but broke the ice amongst a load of people who dont know each other
