Sticky mar 1992 - 25th feb 2012

I had to say goodbye to my lovely girl yesterday. She was a firey little cat who would have been 20 next month but she was still the boss in the house and really let the dogs know their place

Thank you for your comments. the last week has been very difficult realising there was something wrong and I would have to say goodbye to her. Millie and Bella have helped. Bella has been even more daft than usual and Millie has been a grump your comments are very much appreciated.

Caroline I had a dear old kitty cat that I found as a kitten dumped at the rubbish tip...she flew all over Australia with me whenever I moved..I called her Boson ( after a cat food commercial on tv ) and when I had had her for nearly 17 years she started staggering...I knew her kidneys were packing up...When I drove her to the vets to be PTS she was lying in her basket on the passenger seat staring at me..... as if she knew. .. Afterwards I drove home with her wrapped in her blanket in her basket to bury her at home..I don't know how I made it home without killing myself or someone else, as I couldn't see the road through the tears...It helps to know other people feel the pain like you do.....

So sorry about your kitty Caroline. 20 years is a brilliant age for any pet and she had a great life. RIP
