Re: need ur advise
Hi & welcome to the forum.
Could she be coming into season? Some bitches can get quite touchy.

All dogs are different. My girl Stellar is not big on cuddles or petting. She loves to lie/sit next to me, but if i start stroking her or petting, she more often than not, leaves then comes back. Shes just not big on cuddles. Being a puppy, its good to still do it on occasion so she gets used to being touched everywhere even if she doesnt like it too much. (you dont want her to become reactive about it) But i wouldnt worry too much. Every dog has their likes and dislikes.

Re: need ur advise
I have had other bully breeds that don't like the back end pet. Some also don't like the belly rub, so not unheard of, but my two can't get enough! Maybe it is as Caryll suggested and she is going into her first season.

Re: need ur advise
By mumbled at do you mean the staffy grumble? Mine does that all the time but it's a happy noise for them. He leaves when I stop petting her but only so she can have a running jump at me to regain my attention.
