It can only get better from here... Frosty saga continues (updated)

Well, after a week delay in Frosty coming home, it looks like once again the poor boy has gone through it. He left Virginia (East Coast of USA) to fly cross country with a layover in Atlanta, Georgia. When he got to his layover the airline noticed that he had attempted to chew his way out of his crate and had hurt his mouth. Poor boy had ripped one tooth out completely was bleeding badly and another had to be extracted at a vet (thankfully just two incisors and not canines. Needless to say, he is having to stay the night in a strange city and will get here one whole day late. I'm just feeling so bad for him right now as he has another 6 hours of flying and he has in the last 10 days been neutered, had a blood clot and now this. I just hope he doesn't have any terrors from all this! Anyhow the vet that treated him thinks he will be alright and he is resting now quite well. Just needed a venting.

Poor little guy is not having any luck. Hope he settles in quickly to his new home

Poor Boi, Hopefully he gets better and doesnt have any tramatic affects from any of this. I know with Daisy she gets super shakey and panty and there is no way to calm her down when we go for a ride, She is super excited to go and wants to go, but the moment we are on the road it all comes down., and this has only been since we had her spaded and she went through everything wiht that.
When he gets home give your big boi lots of love and cuddle, he'll need it:) Huggs for him from Daisy and I

Just a quick update that all is well and in less than 9 hours he will be home. In true Staffy fashion he has made friends of the vet and transport service! I am also glad the airline agreed to let him fly with a light sedative to keep him calm for the last 6 hour flight. Nothing strong, but enough to keep him chilled out.
