Have you tried sleeping pills yet? If it goes on much longer I would see a doctor and maybe get a prescription to help.

Sometimes the pills will help get you back on track. I use them when I switch from day to night shift or jump around time zones.

Melatonin is excellent. They've just changed it over here that you need a script which is ridiculous. Used to get it over the counter all the time and they were good to have in for jet lag or general lack of sleep. Hope you feel better soon  Well the sleep drought continues! 3198918699

Oh Hayley Sad Sad how about valerian? It's natural and really helped me! Not sure if it would interfere with any pain meds though, you'd have to ask your gp xx

I really feel for you, I'm terrible if I don't get a full night's sleep let alone a week!! I hope it doesn't go on too much longer. Have you tried having a hot bath before bed? That usually works for me Smile

Awww Hayley  Well the sleep drought continues! 3198918699 The cold sores are probably a result of the lack of sleep and you are run down. I would agree and see if the doctor can prescribe something to help you sleep, the valerian sounds like a good healthy option (this is what Rocky used to have when we first got him to help him calm down at bedtime, I know it works).

Hope you get it sorted Hayley. Is this something you have suffered with before?
The trouble is the more you get worked up about it the harder it is to relax. Hope you get some much needed rest tonight  Well the sleep drought continues! 3198918699
