Register my puppies

How can I register my staffy pups if mom and dad is not registered but vet say 92%American stradforshire bull terriers ?

Hi & welcome.
Short answer is, you can't. If you're in the UK you can register them on the KC's Activity Register, but that's only useful if you want to enter obedience competitions or other activities. They will still not be registered as pedigree puppies (ie pure bred Staffordshire bull terriers).
Is this a litter of pups that you bred yourself?

What country are you in ?
If the parents are not registered and you managed to acquire them, why is it a problem to rehome the puppies ?
Maybe they are considered as pitbull ?

Why do you feel you need to register them? Is it because people are asking for registration details?

I'm afraid if the parents weren't registered then you've no hope of registering the puppies.
