My OH was wondering do you have register or something cos the puppy is a SBT, I don't think so as our friend has 2 rotties and their not registered on any kind of list.

Nope, not as far as I know, there was a legislation that they where trying to pass that all owners needed to have a licence but it was never passed.

No, you don't have to register anywhere. The only register would be with the Kennel Club if he's a pedigree.
