Questions about feeding complete raw

Hi Everyone after some advice on feeding complete raw to help with Harleys sensitive tum. The food we have been looking at is called nutriment its a 5/5 on the all about dog food does anyone else use this and how is it?
If we were to buy it how would we go about switching him over would it be gradual or straight away?

i believe it's a good one, but i think it's a mince?

it's better, if you can, to give raw meat & bones as the dog can rip the meat from the bone (cleaning the teeth) and then enjoy crunching the bone! if you go down that route, remember the percentages - 80% meat, 10% bone & 10% offal (half of which should be liver).

Ive started buying from Durham pet foods and we get complete meals for Rio as his tummy is quite sensitive to bone and he's greedy enough to try eating whole chunks without chewing which upsets his stomach. So we get various complete meals which already contain the mince, offal and bone required and then buy treats to go with that, like beef trachea or paddy whack

many users have used this make the transition tk the new food gradually so as not to upset his stomach xxxx
