Gotta love a 17hr shift

Now kinda thankful I had no time for lunch and first/only food was a Subway at 3pm

Not long back to the rents (thankfully 20mins less drive than going home) brew made and now trying to wind down as alarm set for 6am   

Oh go Jules hope you get a break soon

That's a rough day and an early wake up

I don't envy that shift one bit. Hope you managed to get some good kip before waking at that unheard of time in the morning   

last 17 hour shift i would have done was a drinking binge    Used to do 12 hour shifts and that was hard enough could no way do a 17 hour work shift, respect.

Yep rather you than me - did them for about a week when a pub had a refurbish and I was a zombie - hope you get some time off soon Xx

I don't know how you do it

Well managed 4-5hrs sleep before going back in for another 10hrs (kinda thankfully its been busy so the hours have flown by) but that was followed by my fella turning up with a couple bottles of wine for a movie and family guy night on the sofa resulting in a lazy morning lie in and brunch in town

Ready for work again but looking forward to having fri-mon off

Thats a long day Jules I couldnt do it, in fact I have to have an afternoon nap these days!   

Wow Jules how can they expect you to be at your best on such few hours sleep and shifts that long! I echo above, I don't how you do it.
