just when things are going well.......

So after bein speyed and not been allowed walks we have 1 hyper doggy!
So as iv said before being an only pup mouthings always been a constant struggle but has greatly improved and now its really the lead attacking and growling....until tonight!

My mum took her into garden and was sittin with her and when she went to lead her on she started getting a bit crazy and instead of wanting the lead it was her arm which got nipped and my mum has thin skin so it looks bad.
So frustrating as its always something with her mouthing and its so eratic and why the arm this time.

Shes not a viscious dog so i jus dnt know what the hells happening

Yes it doesn't sound like aggression, rather she got your mums arm by mistake. Just keep being consistent with her training xx

Agree with Saz keep at it and just sounds playful but rough they do play rough I am afraid   

Yeah i was phoned by her. She said it didnt seem to be lead she wanted it was defo her arm. Shes been doing crazy spins etc i think its boredom

These guys need lots of exercise or they can get crazy. I know it isn't fun, but really it is difficult. Some mind stimulating basic training or hide-and-seek might really help bring some calm and keep these things from happening. We have had similar here. Never is aggression, it just is a wild strong pooch!

I agree with Ben above, sounds like boredom, the spinning around should not be encouraged as this can lead to tail chasing which can lead to serious behavioural issues.

Plenty of walks and mental stimulation should break this habit before it becomes anything to worry about.

Thanks all. Yeah been doing some training excercise and i took her a street walk cos vet said not to walk her but shes going daft n shes more likely to hurt the wound with her hyper behaviour

Does sound like she's going stir crazy. Plenty of mental stimulation needed. Hopefully you'll be out walking as usual soon to burn off that energy.

She also keeps doin this wierd barkin like she hears somethin and wanting out, but wen i take her out she acts freak like n barks n looks for somethin. All so bizzare. Is it just post op wierdness

Frightens the life outta me when I have the back door open and Flo is fast asleep on her bed then... Whoosh... She out and up he end of the garden in a flash. She's deaf so can't hear anything and I swear she's asleep when she does this... They are certainly strange
