My Boy Sky now 8 Months neutered?

Hello Staffy and Dog Friends

I have a question.
Sky is now 8 Months, a wonderfull Boy, not dominant and a nice Little Guy.
But i live Alone (the Chance this Summer, i will marry) and when i go to work, Sky has a very good Place by a Dogsitter. She holds all Dogs together when its possible, has a Big Garden and many diffrent Dogs. Sky feels like in Heaven
But the Dogsitter told me when she has other Dog Bitches (not in Heat) Sky like to have Sex with the Girls ( neutered or not that's not important for Sky) . And plays fight for the Bitches with other Dogs. That way Sky comes back from Time to Time with a new little cut on his Face. ( Plays Rough, and fights for Girls)

My Staffy breeder Tells me not to neuter My Boy. But i need the Dogsitter... He wants that i do something, to neuter him oder Hormon Implantat for chemical help.

I know thats a very hard decision! I need the Dogsitter, Sky its very happy here, i have no other Dogs i can not give him what he has by the Dogsitter. (Daily houres of Play Time with many other Dogs together ). When Sky comes back he is very tired ad happy and Easy to have. ( when i have some Days free i think Sky misses his Friends a littlel bit)
But in the Last Time the Dogsitter Must more often separate the Boys ;(
Today Sky have a New Scratch under the Eye. But i Must say the Dogsitter makes a good Job.
I see the Chance in Skys Body. From Time to Time i see white Spots on bis Bed, do you think it's normal?

Hard decision, what can i do? Try the Hormon Chip? And what is the right Age to do this?

Here i think 5-6 Months.

Hiya! 8 months is too young to neuter in my opinion regardless, so even if you do decide to have it done, wait until at least 18 months-2 years where he is fully grown and developed. Doesn't sound like much fun for any of the dogs though to be honest.. fighting or being fought over, any way that you could hire a dog walker instead to come in halfway through the day, rather than leaving him at day care all day if she absolutely insists on him being neutered or not going? Very much doubt the hormone chip will do very much..

Far to young to be neutered IMO and i believe dogs are better off left entire. Also another point is you could neuter him and he still do exactly the same behaviour anyway

Its entirely your choice, there are many pros and cons and the arguments for and against are countless. Do what you feel is right.

Yes its entirely your choice, but do wait until he is older, like said above, if you decide to have him neutured. He is one gorgeous boy by the way   

He is gorgeous! Don't let the situation rush your decision to get him neutered if it is something that you wanted to wait longer to do. Have you tried looking for a different dog sitter who has maybe a smaller group of dogs? It may be easier for them to handle.

I dont like the idea of neutering a dog as I feel it could cause an imbalance in their hormones and affect their temprament.

My Rocky is 6 month sold and on the last 2 visits to the vets he has mentioned neutering Rocky. I want to punch the vet in the face.

personally i would never neuter a dog..as has been suggested, perhaps look for another sitter?

I had one of my dogs neutered and never again! And even if you neuter him today/tomorrow, he will still hump/mount nor calm down for at least a year.
