My daughter is currently reading the hunger games trilogy , took her to see the movie and it's really good. 1984 is a source of 1 of my worst nightmares with the rats in room 101 . I've just recently finished "OOgy ther dog only a family could love " really good read but I don't have the attention span to read so many books as I have so much other stuff to do, took me 2 years to finish a Peter Kay book

Have you finished this yet J? I read this on holiday the old fashion way and must say I really enjoyed it. Only negative is that, as usual, it could have been a few hundred pages shorter. King does tend to draw things out.

Just finished the Wind Through the Keyhole. Think it is the last of the Dark Tower Series. It was really good and I finished it in under 2 days

Bring up the Bodies (the sequel to Wolf Hall). Liking it but, like Wolf Hall, would like it even better 100 pages shorter.

Re: What book are you currently reading?
I'm reading the Game of Thrones books at the mo. Love the series and hubby brought me the books which are amazing. I'm actually really impressed with how well the series follows the books. Normally, there are so many changes and it's really different to the books, but so far (I've read books 1 and 2 and seen series 1 and 2), they're following the books almost perfectly. There are only 1 or 2 changes and they are really minor

Re: What book are you currently reading?
Currently reading the 2nd book by infamous internet troll David Thorne, titled "I'll go home then, it's warm and has chairs". for those who don't know of him here's a sample of his witt and humour

Have just finished reading a book called "compromised" by Danniel koyte, the story focus's mainly on 2 SAS soldiers serving in Northern Ireland, one of them is taken hostage by the IRA and the other leads the squad that go in to rescue him, it's a fantastic read and I couldn't help but look further into the conflict when I'd finished reading it.
