Any funny stories?

We're currently paper training our pup Paddy and was told that when he does his mess (the messier of the two) to place it on the paper for a while to show him where to 'go'. Anyhow.... I did just that a couple of mornings ago. I'd had zero sleep (due to himself) and he was hanging off my jeans being a bloody cowbag. I duly pointed out where his 'mess' was and he gladly investigated.

Next thing the little....... *insert many swear words* grabbed the paper I had wrapped his doings in and shook it with all his might! Yep, off it all flung across the kitchen floor!

Have to say I was in fits of laughter. I dunno if it was pure tiredness and hysterics but I had tears streaming down my face. Thought I'd share

LOL . Poor you! I would have been vomiting! I caught Vlad last night (after just bringing I'm in from outside) squat on the dining room and begin to pee... I ran over going "No" and he started running while still squatting and peeing... I had wee all the way across the dining room... They are naughty little things! But we were laughing because it was funny to see!

I'm so pleased Moo was house trained (just about) when I got her

SOOO funny!! I was following ruby up to bed last night aand she was trumping with each step, I only made it half way up the stairs because I couldn't stop laughing!

They are so funny, even when they are naughty, I just look at her face.....how can anyone be angry at that!,

Summer has a habit of spending 10 mins outside, runs back into the house, finds the newspaper, piddles on it, then runs straight back outside to play! I just stand there open mouthed with hands in the air saying 'ohhhh Summer'
I am also fed up with rescuing my cat from her, Summer insists on pinning her down and because the cat is a skinny thing and Summer has a chunky butt, the cat doesnt stand a chance.

Kerry - That must be Paddy in the picture! He is too cute! Alicia - your Vald is just as cute and the same age as my female.

My little Zambi is a real sneak when our cat is not around. The cat has been in this house for years now and she has come round to the dog very well, but when she leaves her basket in the kitchen to go outside, our little Zambi is in the cats bed. Wrecks everything and even goes for a snooze. The cat will not be please when she finds this. In time I hope they will be friends!

LOL... Thank you! We think he is cute too! Your Zambi and my Vlad even have similar colouring! He is black with a white patch on his chest! My cat (Dita) is so much bigger than the dog. He would love a game, but she hisses and runs away! We have a baby gate so he is restricted to the main living part of the house (until he is fully house trained!) so Dita can get away from him! But he is a cheeky and a little naughty. And Kerry, Paddy is adorable! He has a look that just wants cuddles! Vlad is turning out to be a real boof head! I love the cheekiness!

Exactly why i dont train using newspaper or training pads think its wrong to teach them to do it in the house personally. Outside is the only place for going toilet in my mind and thats the only place I want to train them to go.

Luckly not had any number 2s in the house at all with Duke though he did a few number 1s in the first week of having him.

Franks really good when it comes to being toilet trained, he will get excited sometimes and wee in the house but no number 2’s!!

However I spend a large portion of our time together laughing at him, the way he jumps from one toy to another to another is one of my favourites to watch!! Lol

However I was in tears laughing at him on Sunday night when I got home, he must have heard me coming in and was in bed with the OH and he started barking, I could hear him faintly from the front door, by the time I got to the bed room it wasn’t much louder, this was because he was barking, FROM UNDER THE COVERS HIDING BEHIND THE OH!!

Ohhh my wee solider barking away as he hides!!! Your scary Frankie!! Not that he put much effort in once he realised it was me lol

It's impossible to be angry I've just encountered his trumps. Ewww!

Paddy torments our cat Oscar something rotten. I have a feeling he's going to learn a lesson not to though soon!
