Re: impulsive behaviour
Oh well done, have fun next time you see him! I met Ian on a yahoo chat site. I spoke to him on the phone for months before metting him, but was still bricking it when I did. And we are still together 5 years on, so good luck!

Re: impulsive behaviour
It can Only met him for one weekend, flew back from Edinburgh and stayed at his first time I met him Then 2 weeks later came home from christmas and stayed at his for the whole 3 weeks (much to my family's disgust ). Then I went back to uni in January for 3 days before quitting the course and he drove up to get me and all my stuff! Haven't left since!
That's what you call a whirlwind romance!

Re: impulsive behaviour
Thankyou! I had our first child 10 months later too
Um, was just saying on the random thread a few days ago, how I would love to marry him! I don't want a do though, would love to marry him just me, him, kids and the required 2 witnesses. No dress, just a registry office wedding then tell the family after Just haven't had the guts to do it though because I know what my family will say! I have been convinced to go ahead though!

Re: impulsive behaviour
Yes I remember. Well I think you should do what makes you happy. My brother did that and then had a family party after. It caused a little rift but soon healed Xx

Yes not sure the family would appreciate that they weren't invited but yet a load of like minded staffie owners were!

Re: impulsive behaviour
The first time I met my husband was really weird and I new I was going to marry him and told my freind who laughed I was 11 he was 13.
As I got to know him as a freind I thought sod that he was horrible had women everywere a right player.
We married when he had grown up (come to think of it he hasnt yet) but all in all its been okay and that was 27 years ago its not been easy and I could still strangle him everyday but he makes me laugh and we work so you never know your mr right is there somewere you just got to hunt him down
